A BIG THANK YOU TO OUR VOLUNTEERS!
Tue 24th Aug 10It's the last week of our very successful holiday playschemes and we would like to say a big thank you to all our great volunteers who have been helping us out during the last five weeks. The volunteers provided so far an amazing 138 hours in support at the playschemes. You guys are fantastic! We very much appreciate that you are spending your valuable time with us and we look forward to future co-operations.
BRIGITTE IS LEAVING
Tue 3rd Aug 10One of our most experienced senior playworkers, Brigitte, who has been with us for more than three years, will be leaving us at the end of this month. We are very sad about her leaving but a new challenge opened up for her and she is saying good-bye to York Playspace. We will miss her, but I think the children at our Chill Out Zone in Tang Hall will miss her the most. Brigitte is a wonderful person and was a great asset to our team.
We wish Brigitte all the best for the future.
