Would you like to join our team and become a volunteer for York Playspace? We are a welcoming, active team full with glee and joy and we are looking for people, young and old and in between, who would like to lend us a helping hand.
Whether you are looking for a new working experience or want to expand your skills, if you want to meet like-minded people and simply enjoy giving back to the community, we are looking forward hearing from you.

News
- We have been awarded some funding from the Joseph Rowntree Foundation to help support lone parents and carers into volunteering, this will mean that in some cases we will be able to support the costs incurred.
- We currently have over 20 adult volunteers
- We are recruiting a volunteer coordinator to support our youth action in volunteering project, working with 14-16 year olds, we will update you soon as to how this has gone..
